in Assistance and Premium Support to Customers.\u00a0 Link to the <a release<\/a>.<\/p><br><br>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These measures build upon their company\u2019s ongoing efforts to address COVID-19 challenges by expanding coverage, supporting the health care system, protecting the health care work force and assisting those most affected by the pandemic.<\/p><br><br>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For UnitedHealthcare commercial business, premium relief is\u00a0available\u00a0for fully insured\u00a0small and large\u00a0employer groups.\u00a0\u00a0Self-funded (ASO) plans are not included.\u00a0\u00a0We\u00a0have recently received the following guidance on how this will apply to\u00a0NY, NJ, and CT-sitused\u00a0fully insured clients<\/p><br><br>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>The premium credit will equate to roughly\u00a015% for NY and NJ\u00a0Clients and\u00a010% for CT\u00a0of your May 2020 fully insured medical invoice and will be reflected on your July 2020 invoice (typically issued mid-June).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Customers with fully insured dental coverage will receive a premium credit of roughly 50% of your May 2020 dental invoice, and the timing of the credit will align with medical.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p><br><br>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note that you do not need to take any action to receive the credit, as it will be automatically applied to your July invoice.\u00a0 The credit will be presented as a single line item with a note indicating what it is for.\u00a0 In some instances, where the billing system is unable to include a line item note, the credit will be included in the balance due and communicated via email or other means.\u00a0 If you have questions please contact your billing analyst, dedicated client
