Julie Seiden, President

Julie has over 20 years experience working with employee benefits, and Medicare planning on both the insurance carrier and brokerage sides. Prior to joining the brokerage community, Julie was the Director of the Existing Business sales team from 2002 - 2010 at EmblemHealth for the Commercial Employer Group Health plans with a concentration in Large Group business. She developed strategic medical cost saving programs for large group clients with an overall goal of managing rate increases.

In 2010, Julie joined the Brokerage community as an independent broker. She developed an expertise in Medicare planning and has a particular expertise in Employee Benefit Packages, Medicare laws and supplemental Medigap products including Part D drug coverage. Today, she is an authorized agent for a variety of Medigap/ Medicare Supplement products through United Healthcare and Globe Life. Julie provides personal guidance to meet the needs of each individual and is also a resource to several large brokerage firms for Medicare Planning for their clients. She has built a reputation for being well-informed, detail oriented and highly experienced.

Rob Gillman, Director, Labor and Public Sector

Rob Gillman is a self-motivated professional, with over 25 years of leadership, management and negotiating experience, most recently, with labor unions and their welfare fund management. Having worked with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters in Washington DC and with the Teamsters Local 11 in New Jersey for nearly two decades, he managed all business matters, designed and maintained health and pension funds, formulated all policies and procedures of Human Resources and managed all financial and physical resources for the organization. In addition, Rob has worked as a Councilman and the Recreation Director for the Borough of Bergenfield, New Jersey. He has managed a counseling staff of over 75 seasonal employees to create new activities for children, developed and maintained the budget and managed, organized and developed all in town events including, carnivals, family fun days, holiday events and concerts. Rob has exceptional leadership, business management and problem solving skills.
